Orders from any other organizations or individuals will not be processed and a $20.00 refund processing fee will be deducted from purchased amount.

NOTES:
- A minimum of 10 books must be purchased for an order to be processed.
- Prices Include Domestic Shipping. We will utilize INSURED USPS Media Mail as a preferred shipping method.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
